The 2017 annual Upper 13 League meeting will be held Saturday, February 18, at 1:30 p.m., at the Stagecoach Bar, 315 Main St. E., Ashland. Rules and By-Laws will be discussed and voted on. Team entry fees will be due at this time. All teams must have a representative present.
