The 2018 annual Upper 13 League meeting will be held Saturday, Feb. 24, 1:30 p.m., at the Stagecoach Bar, 315 Main St. E., in Ashland. Rules and By-Laws will be discussed and voted on. Team entry fees will be due at this time. All teams must have a representative present. All interested parties are welcome to attend.
